1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By accessing www.finallyunstuck.com and our member portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Unless otherwise indicated, the Website, its content, and all digital products (including but not limited to worksheets, videos, and templates) are the proprietary property of UnStuck LLC.
Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your personal or internal business use only.
Prohibitions: You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or "frame" any content from the member site without express written permission. Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
3. USER REGISTRATION & SECURITY You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Billing: All payments are processed via Stripe/PayPal/Other.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are Final/Non-refundable once access to the member portal is granted.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Per 2026 consumer protection guidelines, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The information provided is for educational purposes. UnStuck LLC is not liable for any specific results or lack thereof. Your use of the materials is at your own risk.
